External Events Coordinator

Innovative 3D technology company seeks an experienced event manager. Artec 3D, an international 3D technology company that develops and manufactures the leading handheld 3D scanners, seeks an experienced marketing and events coordinator with superb organizational and communications skills, a friendly, positive attitude, and an appreciation of high-quality design. The role will involve organizing Artec 3D’s conferences, developing brand assets, and overseeing the correct representation of the company and its products in both marketing materials and throughout the company’s 120+ global distribution network.

Tasks:

  • Organizing Artec’s participation in targeted exhibitions.
  • Interaction with partners about their events.
  • Coordination of posting information about Arteс events and events of the company's partners both on the website and in social media.
  • Marketing support for Artec Studio releases (search for new objects to illustrate new features, coordination of model publications on Artec website and Sketchfab and Bowell platforms).
  • Organization of scanning projects (including coordination of model publications on Artec website and Sketchfab and Bowell platforms).
  • Assistance in holding Partner Meetings (coordination).
  • Performing general marketing tasks on demand.

Required skills and competence:

  • Experience in organizing exhibitions, including logistics (search for hotels and tickets).
  • Proven experience as an event manager or MICE manager (portfolio of successful events an advantage).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Target-driven, proactive.
  • Proficiency in various event software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-player.
  • Developed negotiation skills (getting the best prices from venues, suppliers, and contractors).
  • Time-management skills and ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage budgets.
  • Problem-solving skills and diplomacy, flexibility.
