HR specialist

The key task is to be responsible for the full cycle of personnel records management for Artec 3D Adriatica (target staff - 100 people).

Tasks:

  • Accompanying of employees throughout the entire process of their work in the company: preparation of documents and registration of hiring, promotions, other changes in the employment contract, dismissal
  • Keeping records of working time: registration of vacations, sick leaves, business trips, remote work absence from office; preparing regular reporting
  • Preparation of job descriptions for new positions
  • Maintaining workflow: formation of an archive of labor documents, keeping logs of decisions, registers, etc.
  • Keeping records for Сompany’s VHI plan - inclusion/exclusion of employees and their family members
  • Coordinating the process of receiving the compulsory medical insurance for employees and their families
  • Preparing certificates of employment and copies of work books per employees requests
  • Interaction with government authorities on the process of obtaining of residence permits for employees and members of their families
  • Organizing documentation and process for labor protection and fire safety in accordance with the requirements of local legislation
  • Participation in creating of HR policies and rules and ensuring awareness of employees with the policies and rules and familiarization of employees with the Company's local regulations
  • Analysis of the state of labor discipline and compliance by the Company's employees with the internal labor regulations
  • Advising employees on the issues of the Labor and migration legislation of Montenegro
  • Fulfillment of individual instructions of the management

Required skills and competence:

  • Higher education
  • Fluency in Montenegrin, English and Russian languages
  • Experience in HR administration function in Montenegro (1-3 years)
  • Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, kindness, love to interact with people
  • Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
