Legal specialist (Lawyer)

Headquartered in Luxembourg, Artec 3D has office in Utjeha, Montenegro with focus on research & development and marketing. The company is made up of bright, forward-thinking and motivated people. We invite an experienced Lawyer to join our Montenegrin office to provide a strong legal support to our team.

Tasks:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support on a wide range of Company’s activities and on a range of issues of interest, in particular, commercial matters and business law, IP/IT, corporate, real estate, employment, administrative etc.
  • Advise on general business law issues, manage legal issues of all areas of Company’s activity, including but not limited to contract law, corporate matters, procurements and supply, sales etc.
  • Draft Company’s agreements, policies, terms and conditions and other legal documents.
  • Be responsible for IP and data privacy issues, assignment of rights for developments to Company from respective Company’s employees.
  • Legal assistance and support in intercompany transactions and international contracts, other legal bilingual documentation and documentation in English language, order for translations into Serbian language when bilingual contracts are required.
  • Legal support of Company's set up, amendments to constitutional documents including change of control.
  • In close collaboration with Senior Lawyer ensure for compliance of the Company with the laws and regulations of Montenegro.
  • Participate in communications with local advisors and consultants on number of legal topics, instruct them accordingly on projects and assignments.
  • Сooperate with other members of legal departments in Luxembourg, Shanghai, US, China offices.
  • Anticipate and manage legal risks connected with or resulting from business strategies and operations.
  • Provide advise to HR department.
  • Research on a variety of legal issues upon request, and keep up to date with legislation and enactments in Montenegro applicable to Company’s business activities.

Required skills and competence:

  • Higher education.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Experience as a lawyer – 3+ years.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, teamworker.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of Montenegrin/Serbian language – a big plus.
